Parking Information - Old

Below you will find information related to parking options related to the property.

Location

  • There are five interconnected garages located at 2011, 2121, 2231, 2345 and 2451 Crystal Drive. 

Entrance / Exits : There are four entrances and three exits for the Crystal Parks garage:

  • 20th Street & Crystal Drive
  • 23rd Street & Crystal Drive
  • 26th Street & Crystal Drive

Number of levels in the garage:

  • Buildings 2011, 2121 and 2231 – 3 (G1-G3)
  • Buildings 2345 and 2451 – 4 (G1-G4)

Hours of Operation:   24 Hour access with monthly parking pass

Parking Managed by:   Parking Service Center (PSC)

  • Office: 2345 Crystal Drive, Ground Floor

  • Hours of operations: Monday-Friday 6AM - 6PM

Visitor Parking: Visitors should park in the Public parking entrances located at 20th Street and 23rd Street.

Parking Rates:

  • Up to 1 hour: $6.00
  • Up to 2 hours: $11.00
  • Up to 3 hours: $21.00
  • Free between 4PM - 6AM and All Day Weekends
  • Monthly Rates:  
    • Standard $175  
    • Reserved $350

 

Towing:   If you have been towed, please contact Advanced Towing at 703.525.0550. 

Lost Parking Card:   $15

 

Bicycle Racks & Storage

  • Location:  There is a bike rack located on the G-1 level of each of the Crystal Park garages near the entrances to the elevator lobbies. Please provide your own bike lock and do not leave your bikes for long term storage. In addition, there is a bike room located on the G-1 level of 2011 Crystal Drive that is free of charge.

 

Car Charging Stations

  • Location:   The car charging stations are located on the G1 level at 2011, 2121 and 2231 Crystal Drive, and they do not require a permit as long as the car is being charged. There is also a car charging station on the surface lot in front of Chipotle.

Contractor Parking

Contractors who are doing work for a tenant in the building must request a parking pass.

  • Contractors who are doing work for tenants in any of the Crystal Park buildings can purchase a parking pass to park in the contractor gravel lot which is located behind Crystal Park Five, 2451 Crystal Drive. Passes may be purchased at the Parking Service Center located on the first floor of Crystal Park Four, 2345 Crystal Drive.
